Enhancing UX and Subscription Management for a Shopify Store

We collaborated with a Shopify store to refine its user experience and improve subscription management through focused optimizations. The project involved:

• Enhancing the visibility and functionality of log in, sign up, and registration buttons, ensuring seamless access for users.
• Fixing and streamlining access to the Recharge subscription portal to create a frictionless experience for subscription management.
• Implementing customizations in the Recharge subscription portal to match the brand's unique requirements.
• Adding a “Gift Subscription” functionality, empowering customers to easily purchase and gift subscriptions to others.

By addressing these key areas, we significantly improved the store’s usability, making the subscription process more intuitive and customer-centric. These updates not only elevated the user experience but also boosted customer satisfaction and retention.
